Hollowgrave uses the United States Postal Service(USPS) for all of our orders..
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU USE AN ACTIVE EMAIL WITH YOUR ORDER!
I put the wrong shipping address or no longer live at the address provided. Can I Change This?
You can try by emailing us quickly at Hollowgraveclothingco@gmail.com, Once an order has been placed the address is saved into our shipping database, If you can reach us before shipment, We can change the address.
When will my order arrive? Will I be able to track it?
Delivery times are not guaranteed and vary, The postal service has its days, Sometimes they're awesome, other days they suck.. Please allow 2-3 days for order shipping. If we have noted a specific ship date on a product, you can expect a longer lead time, it will be noted in the item description. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has been postmarked.
My tracking says my order was delivered, but I did not receive it. What can I do? First and foremost, contact your local postal service to see if it was taken there. Sometimes the package will be kept there for pickup. Hollowgrave Clothing Company cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. If a package is returned, We will contact you and reship it, we try our best to help with all postal problems! Email us at Hollowgraveclothingco@gmail.com
Please Note* There are times we cannot control what happens regarding a missing package, However, we will work with you to try and resolve the problem.
My order is being returned to the Hollowgrave shop. What can I do now?
If your order is being returned due to insufficient address, or something of that nature, We will contact you via email to try and resolve the issue! Then we will reship it back to you free of charge (U.S. orders only)
Do you ship internationally?
WE SHIP EVERYWHERE, besides space but yeah, you get the point! International Shipments can sometimes take anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks.. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking to follow along once your order has shipped.. All orders are processed withing 3-5 days and ship quickly, unless an item states a ship date in the product details!
What if my package is being returned?
International orders can end up being returned for reasons including: non-payment of tariffs, incorrect address, If a package is returned to us, the customer will be contacted and will have to pay for reshipment. Hollowgrave is not responsible for this.
